  1. “Confidential Information” shall include any and all data, documents, reports, proprietary information, intellectual property, and other materials made available within the members-only area of the Website, as well as any information discussed or exchanged within the Website’s forums, discussion boards, or any other interactive platforms provided therein.
  2. You acknowledge that all Confidential Information is the sole and exclusive property of MVPPA, and you have no ownership rights, title, or interest in any Confidential Information.

Obligations of Members

Duration of Obligations

Your obligations under this Clause shall remain in effect during your membership with MVPPA and shall survive the termination of your membership for a period of 2 years after such termination.

Compliance

Any breach of this Clause may result in the suspension or termination of your membership and may also lead to legal action for damages and injunctive relief.

Acknowledgment

  1. By accessing the members-only area of the Website, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms of this Confidentiality Clause.
  2. You further acknowledge that any breach of this Clause may have legal consequences.
